Ingredients:
3 mid size boiled & mashed potatoes
2 cups sabudhana soaked for 3 hrs & drained
1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup peanuts - sauteed
- Method:
Mash all together with 1 tbsp each (chilli powder & cumin) & salt to taste.
Make balls & cook in paniyaram aka Appe pan !
Just 2 drop oil per hole !!
Crisp well on all sides
Can serve with chutney / ketchup.
